Navigating Forks is a coaching program designed to help you find solutions when facing a crossroads in your life. 

 

I want to empower you to find solutions for your personal crossroads and help you create a plan for your future self that is based on being authentically you and guided by your own personal values.

For years I helped friends and colleagues find solutions to challenges they were facing because I like helping people solve problems. It wasn't until I invested in a coach for myself when facing a challenge, that I realized that I had actually been coaching all along.

My coaching style isn't formal or stuffy, it is about being authentic. I will help you break down the issue you are struggling with by showing you ways to see it from different perspectives and together we will create a plan to solve the problem. Along the way you will also learn more about yourself and discover tools to help you in the f

Everything I do is lead by you, the client. You are the person who will live your life, not your coach. I want to set you up for success by helping you find the answers and putting them into practice.

Am I ready to be coached?

 You might not be ready for coaching if you are :

  • Looking for someone else to solve your problem - You are the best person to find a solution. A coach is a guide to help you along the way, not give you all the answers.
  • A therapist -  Coaching is not therapy, but coaching can work hand in hand with therapy.
  • A quick fix - You will need to do the work with your coach as a support.
  • Not open to new ideas - Coaching works best when you are open minded and willing to look at new or different potential solutions.
  • Not willing to be held accountable -A coach is like an accountability partner.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on you. Some people just need one session to talk out an issue for clarity. Others want multiple sessions to break down a problem and work through the steps to arrive at a solution. I also offer progress check-ins that can be weekly, every other week, or monthly. 

The commitment is based on you and your needs. 


If possible, I prefer to have our first session in person or by video conference. Additional sessions can be by phone or video. We can also have a certain number of  questions via text per month, depending on the length of the program.
