Trainings for board members as well as staff members can be beneficial to an organization looking to get to the next level. We can help with everything from Strategic Planning to Board Education to Coaching. Looking for a specific training? Ask and we can find an expert to help you in most any area.
Advocacy is vital in today's nonprofit world. We can show you how to use advocacy to help move your mission forward, to help the clients you serve, and to educate officials about the importance of your organization.
A Coach is someone who has been in your shoes and can empathize and offer help creating a plan. Being an executive director or board chair doesn't have to be hard. Often it is just having someone from the outside looking in to provide coaching and help find solutions.
April Mastroluca is the Owner and Chief Problem Solver at Synergy Nonprofit Consulting, a boutique nonprofit consulting firm she founded in 2021.
April loves helping people improve their leadership skills, grow nonprofits and educating about the benefits of advocacy. She has spent over 20 years in the nonprofit industry, gaining experiences in areas such as operations, board development, and public speaking.
In 2023, April earned a license to provide consulting services to nonprofits interested in building capacity, accountability, and sustainability through implementation of the Standards for Excellence® code. Currently, April is the only consultant in Nevada with this distinction.
After April was chosen to be a TEDx speaker for FremontEastWomen, she began coaching others to prepare them to be TEDx speakers. In addition, April is a personal coach helping people define their purpose, live their values, and find solutions to their challenges by being their authentic self.
As a former Nevada Assemblywoman, April is well known for her political and advocacy experience and she is passionate about teaching others how to advocate for critical issues.
With over 20 years of experience in nonprofits, we have done it all. Our service includes a comprehensive consult to help identify gaps and opportunities. We want to find solutions that work for you, not just create a binder that sits on a shelf. We use our 20+ years of nonprofit experience to help you find the best options to help you where you are and to support you in where you want to go.
Business mentors are key—that’s why when it comes to client selection, we’re choosy. We want to give each of you the time and guidance you deserve.
